Amenities include a rooftop pool, a theater, a fifty foot lap pool with cabanas, a fitness center, conference rooms, lounge, a spa with sauna and steam room, and two street-level restaurants known to be the best in the area- must try!Please note the building allows monthly minimum stays and an application will be required to finalize your reservation. The building management reviews and needs to approve each booking. We will email you the building application upon reservation booking.GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.LOCATION: Minutes away from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the heart of Brickell with shops and dining downstairs.BEDROOM: Features a king bed and a work desk.BATHROOM: Features a shower.KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in and a island kitchen seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking.WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.AMENITIES: This condo includes a rooftop pool, a theater, a 50-foot lap pool with cabanas, a fitness center, conference rooms and lounge, a spa with sauna and steam room, on-site maintenance and management, and two street-level restaurants known to be the best in the area. Additionally, Brickell House offers concierge services and included parking at no additional cost.PARKING: "The building offers valet parking services. The rate is $4 for 4 hours or $20 for overnight parking. There's one parking spot associated with the condo unit. It's in a separate parking garage at 1221 Brickell Ave (street next to the condo building). In order to have access to the parking garage, you need a parking pass; however, the property management will only issue a parking pass if you register a specific vehicle. Please reach out to us if you need one for us to make the intro for you to the property management. You can also stop by the management office located on the 3rd floor to register your vehicle and pick up the pass. There is a one time charge of $30 paid to the building management for the parking pass.The valet service we have on site is for guest parking which are subjected to guest fees.Resident who wishes to utilize the valet service (cannot be used as a second parking space) may sign up for the monthly service at a cost of $200 a month. (No pro-rate) (valet service starts on 1st- 10th of each month)We do allow our residents a 15-minute grace period to unload things such as grocery, small items, etc.Resident who leaves their vehicle with valet and are not signed up for the monthly service will be subjected to hourly fees. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*The Climate & BugsFlorida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)
